
Watermelon Juice
We love making deliciously fresh and refreshing juice in our mixers. We think that blending fresh fruit and ice is one of the great skills of a thermo mixer! However, getting it JUST right – not too much ice, not too much fruit, blended perfectly? Not as easy as you would think! We have tried this time and time again, and we think you will love it.

You will need:

Ingredients
- ice cubes - 300g
- watermelon - 400g, flesh, chopped
Method
- Weigh out the ice (300g). Place a third of the ice (100g only) in the mixer bowl and set the rest aside.
- Set your mixer to Speed 7 and add the remaining ice (200g) through the lid. Scrape down sides.
- Add the chopped watermelon flesh (400g) to the bowl. Blitz Speed 7 / 10 seconds.
- Enjoy!
