- Place sugar (250g) and vanilla beans (2) into a container. Allow to sit for 1 week + to allow the flavour to develop.
- Add sugar and bean mixture to bowl. Speed 9 / 30 seconds. Scrape down and repeat.
- Place into an airtight container.
Note: This may clump up over time due to having no anti caking agents. Simply return to your bowl and process on Speed 9 / 30 seconds before using.
