This tahini paste is the best. It looks nothing like the sloppy store bought tahini paste you find, it is cheap as chips to make, it lasts for ages in the fridge and is a great addition to dips (like the Hummus Dip in this issue) and even the Chocolate Caramel Slice. Preparation Time 15 minutes
Serves 1 medium jar of tahini paste
Can be frozen
- Add the sesame seeds (200g) to the bowl. Program 9 minutes / 100C / Speed 1.
- Blend Speed 10 / 25 seconds.
- Add sesame oil (20g). Combine Speed 9 / 10 seconds.
Note: In a sterilised jar this will last in your fridge for months!
