Sweet Spiced Sugar Blend
Isn't giving a homemade gift to friends just the best? And even more special if they are able to use it in the kitchen. This sweet spiced sugar blend can be used in so many different ways. You can use it to make a sweet spiced butter to add to pancakes, sprinkle over scrolls instead of cinnamon, add it to a basic cake mixture to “dress it up” and use it in your bliss balls to add a delicious surprise. You will find it featured in a number of recipes within this issue.

Ingredients
- ginger - 1 Tbsp, ground
- nutmeg - 1, small, whole
- cinnamon - 5, quills
- cloves - 20, whole
- vanilla pod - 1, dried, cut into 2cm lengths
- coconut sugar - 25g
Method
- Add ginger (1 Tbsp), nutmeg (1), cinnamon (5), cloves (20), vanilla (1), and coconut sugar (25g) to the bowl. Program 1 minute / Speed 10. Scrape down sides.
- Transfer mixture into an airtight container.
- Store for up to 3 months, or gift it to a friend!
Note: You can also add a teaspoon (or as much as you like) of this mixture to a cup of tea and it will give it a Chai flair.
