Sun Dried Tomato and Olive Butter
No: Gluten / Egg / Nuts
- sun dried tomatoes - 6, chopped roughly
- olives - 6, pitted
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp, cracked black
- butter - 1/2, plain
- Place sun dried tomatoes (6), olives (6), salt (1/2 tsp) and pepper (1/2 tsp) into bowl. Speed 7 / 5 seconds. Scrape down sides.
- Add butter (1/2 of a batch). Speed 5 / 5 seconds until combined.
- Roll into a small log and wrap in clingfilm.
- Store in the fridge to firm up.
