Strawberry Nut Acai Bowl
Acai bowls are all the rage at the moment, and while they are delicious to eat and pack a nutritional punch, they can become quite costly! Try making your own from home. It's a fast snack that makes you feel great, and they are so much cheaper when you make them at home. For an ever cheaper option, make this a strawberry smoothie bowl and leave out the acai powder... it's still delicious!

Can be frozen
- strawberries - 200g, frozen
- banana - 130g, frozen
- milk of choice - 140g (*ensure DF if required)
- peanut butter - 50g
- vanilla - 1 tsp, extract
- acai powder - 2 Tbsp
- Place strawberries (200g), banana (130g), milk (140g), peanut butter (50g), vanilla (1 tsp) and acai powder (2 Tbsp) to the bowl. Process Speed 9 / 20 seconds.
- Serve with fresh chopped banana and seeds.
