What better way to start the morning than with a juice? Well... it’s not technically a juice, as it includes all the pulp. This is a good thing though, as you don’t want to miss out on all the glorious fibre! Give this recipe a go and you will be surprised just how juice-like it is. If you like a sweeter juice, you could use fruit juice instead of water.

- carrot - 100g, roughly chopped
- pineapple - 400g tin, pieces in natural juice
- water - 300g, cold, or fruit juice of choice
- ice cubes - 200g
- fresh mint - 1 stalk
- Add the chopped carrot (100g), pineapple pieces and juice (400g tin), cold water (300g), ice (200g) and fresh mint (1 stalk) to the bowl. Program 2 minutes / Speed 4, and gradually increase to Speed 10.
