Simple Buttercream Icing
No: Gluten / Egg / Nuts
Makes enough icing for 1 cake
- Place butter (125g) into bowl. Insert whisk attachment.
- Program 1 minute / Speed 4 or until lightened in colour.
- Add icing sugar (250g). Program 1 minute / Speed 4.
- Drizzle water (1 Tbsp) through the lid slowly whilst mixing.
- Spread over your cooled cake or cupcakes.
