Rose Petal Jam

Makes 1 cup
Cannot be frozen
- Add raw sugar (250g), water (150g), rose petals (80g) and lemon juice (2) to the bowl.
- Program 22 minutes / Steaming Temperature / Speed 1, measuring cap off. Sit the internal steaming basket on top to prevent splashes.
- Transfer to a sterilised jar and store in the fridge. Add lovely labels and decorate the lid with fabric for a beautiful foodie gift.
