Refreshing Grape Smoothie
Grapes in a smoothie?! Absolutely. This is a different way to use up the last of the grapes in your fruit bowl. Rather than throwing them out at the end of the week, freeze them and have them handy for a delicious and refreshing summertime smoothie.

- bananas - 2, small, frozen, in chunks
- grapes - 250g, seedless, green, frozen
- spinach - 10g, leaves
- yoghurt - 100g, Greek
- honey - 40g, optional
- milk - 300g, own choice
- Add the bananas (2), grapes (250g), spinach (10g), yoghurt (100g), honey (40g) and milk (300g) to the bowl. Program 1 minute / Speed 10.
