Pineapple Jam
Who doesn’t love pineapple? This jam is sure to please, and its flavour makes it a welcome addition to scones and sandwiches.

Ingredients
- pineapple - 500g, chunks
- sugar - 220g
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
Method
- Place pineapple (500g), sugar (220g), and lemon juice (1 Tbsp) into bowl. Program 15 minutes/ 100C / Speed 2. Sit internal steaming basket on the lid to prevent splatters. Scrape down sides.
- Program 15 minutes / Steaming Temperature / Speed 2. Sit internal steaming basket on the lid.
- Assess the texture. If you like your jam to be quite chunky, leave it as it is. If you prefer it to be less chunky, process on Speed 6 until desired consistency has been reached.
- Pour into sterilised jars
