Passionfruit Lemon Sorbet
Sorbets are so refreshing during the summer months when you don't want something heavier like ice cream. We love this sweet and sour combination of passionfruit and lemon. It is the perfect way to end a hot summer's day.

- sugar - 80g, optional
- lemon - 1, skin removed and flesh only
- passionfruit - 170g, pulp
- ice cubes - 500g
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Add the sugar (80g, if using) to the bowl. Mill Speed 9 / 10 seconds.
- Add the lemon flesh (from 1 lemon), passionfruit pulp (170g), ice cubes (500g) and lemon juice (2 tsp) to the bowl. Program 2 minutes / Speed 10. You will need to use the spatula to help move the mixture.
- Serve immediately.
