Paleo Cake Topping
No: Gluten / Dairy / Egg / Nuts
Makes enough icing for 1 cake
Ingredients
- coconut cream - 400ml tin, 100%, best if left overnight in the fridge to firm up
- rice malt syrup - 30g, or honey or maple syrup, or can omit
- cacao powder - 20g
- vanilla pod - 1, seeds scraped from pod
Method
- Place coconut cream (400ml), rice malt syrup (30g), cacao (20g) and vanilla seeds (from 1 bean) into bowl. Speed 5 / 30 seconds.
- Spread mixture over your cooled cake.
