Paleo Breakfast Smoothie
This surprisingly creamy yet dairy free smoothie has been shared with us by Nikalene Riddle from Skinnymixers. With a yummy combo of nuts, berries and avocado, it is sure to keep you going all morning! Make it the night before, chill overnight and take it with you in your packed lunch.

Can be frozen
- cashew nuts - 100g, raw, unsalted
- blueberries - 100g, frozen
- water - 300g, chilled
- ice cubes - 4
- dates - 2, medjool, pitted
- avocado - 1/2, ripe
- vanilla - 1 tsp, extract
- Add the cashews (100g), blueberries (100g), water (300g), ice cubes (4), pitted dates (2), avocado (1/2) and vanilla (1 tsp) to the bowl. Blend 1 minute / Speed 9, measuring cap on.
- Serve and enjoy!
