Natural Caramel-Like Popcorn
This is a much healthier version of a sweet flavoured popcorn than traditional coloured popcorn. This recipe suits almost everyone, being gluten, dairy, egg and nut free as well as refined sugar free and vegan! This is a perfect snack for your next party.

Cannot be frozen
- popcorn - 5 cups, from roughly 2/3 cup corn kernels
- maple syrup - 80g
- coconut oil - 80g
- vanilla - 1 tsp, extract
- salt - pinch
- cinnamon - pinch, ground
- Place popped popcorn (5 cups) into a large bowl. Set aside.
- Place maple syrup (80g), coconut oil (80g), vanilla extract (1 tsp) as well as a pinch each of salt and cinnamon into the bowl. Program 4 minutes / 90C / Speed 2.
- Pour mixture over popcorn. Stir to combine well. Serve immediately.
Note: This is a delicious sticky popcorn so best to serve in individual portions.
