Minty Choc Smoothie

Can be frozen
- milk of choice - 500g (*ensure DF if required)
- ice cubes - 100g
- banana - 1, frozen
- cacao powder - 40g
- honey - 40g
- vanilla - 1 tsp, extract
- peppermint essence - 1/4 tsp or more to taste (food grade peppermint oil)
- spinach - 60g, leaves
- Place the milk (500g), ice (100g), banana (1), cacao (40g), honey (40g), vanilla (1 tsp), peppermint essence (1/4 tsp) and spinach (60g) into the bowl. Program 1 minute / Speed 10.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
