Mint Sauce
Homemade mint sauce is so incredibly easy. Have this on hand to serve with your roast lamb. Store these in vacuum sealed bottles for a lovely gift.

Ingredients
- sugar - 1440g
- water - 130g
- malt vinegar - 130g (*ensure GF if required)
- fresh mint - 25g, leaves
Method
- Place sugar (140g), water (130g) and vinegar (130g) into bowl. Program 10 minutes /100C / Speed 2. Set aside in a bowl and allow to cool.
- Into the dry bowl, place mint (25g). Chop Speed 7 / 4 seconds.
- Add mint to the cooled liquid.
- Vacuum seal into jars and store in the fridge or store in the fridge to use within the week.
