- mango - 1, peeled and chopped in large chunks, or approx. 300g frozen mango
- cardamom - 3, pods
- yoghurt - 250g, Greek
- honey - 30g
- ice cubes - 50g
- milk - 100g
- Add the mango (1), cardamom pods (3), yoghurt (250g), honey (30g), ice cubes (50g) and milk (100g) to the bowl. Program 1 minute / Speed 10.
- Serve immediately.
