*Please note that all ingredients need to be cold before starting this recipe.
- ice cubes - 300g
- mangoes - 5, flesh only
- sugar syrup - 150g
- lemon juice - 20g
- rum - 50g, optional
- Sugar syrup: (optional)
- sugar - 150g
- water - 240g
- If you need to make your own sugar syrup: add sugar (150g) and water (240g) to the bowl. Program 4 minutes / 100C / Speed 1. Transfer to a squirt bottle and chill in the fridge until cold.
- Place the ice cubes (300g) in the bowl. Blitz Closed Lid / Turbo / 1 x 1 second blast.
- Add the cold mango flesh (5), sugar syrup (150g), lemon juice (20g), and rum (50g, if using) to the bowl. Program Speed 8 / 5 seconds or until your desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
