Mango-Berry Frappe Punch
This delicious frozen punch has our favourite summer flavours rolled into one... strawberry, mango and lime. In fact, you could be forgiven for thinking you were having a fruit smoothie... but the addition of sparkling wine will tell you otherwise! If you prefer, replace the sparkling wine with lemonade or sparkling apple juice. For a low sugar option, use soda water.

Can be frozen
- strawberries - 500g, punnet, tops off and frozen
- mangoes - 2, flesh only
- lime - 1, juice only
- ice cubes - 400g
- triple sec liquer - 90g
- sparkling wine - 1 bottle, chilled (or lemonade, sparkling apple juice or soda water)
- Add frozen strawberries (500g), mangoes (2), lime juice (from 1 lime), ice (400g) and triple sec (90g) to the bowl. Program 1:30 minutes / Speed 9, assisting the mixture with the spatula. Transfer the mixture to a punch bowl.
- Slowly pour the chilled sparkling wine (1 bottle) into the punch bowl, stirring gently with a wooden spoon.
- Serve and enjoy!
