LCHF Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
This yummy (purple!) smoothie has been shared with us by Thermo-Foodie and the Chef from their book Getting Started. Easy to make and so yummy to drink – just like a blueberry muffin! Without the muffin, of course...

Total Preparation Time 2 minutes
Cannot be frozen
- blueberries - 40g
- cinnamon - 2 tsp, ground
- xylitol - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp, extract, optional
- coconut oil - 40g
- chia seeds - 2 Tbsp
- water - 300g, chilled
- macadamia nuts - 40g (*omit for NF)
- salt - pinch
- Add the blueberries (40g), cinnamon (2 tsp), xylitol (2 tsp), vanilla (2 tsp), oil (40g), chia seeds (2 Tbsp), water (300g), macadamia nuts (40g) and salt (pinch) to the bowl. Program 1 minute / Speed 9, measuring cap on.
- Test the consistency. Add more water if necessary.
- Serve and enjoy!
