
Kiwi Fruit Sorbet
A delicious and refreshing way to enjoy the humble kiwi fruit. Kiwi fruit are in season during the autumn and winter months, so stock up on these then – just peel and freeze them, and you can enjoy this delicious sorbet all year long. Fruit tastes so good when it is in season! As a serving suggestion, reserve the skin from the outside and serve the sorbet in the skin.

Ingredients
- sugar - 90g
- kiwi fruit - 500g, peeled weight
- ice cubes - 500g
Method
- Add the sugar (90g) to the bowl. Grind Speed 10 / 10 seconds.
- Add the peeled kiwi fruit (500g) to the bowl. Blend Speed 8 / 10 seconds.
- Add the ice (500g) to the bowl. Mix Speed 10 / 30 seconds.
- Serve in small bowls or the reserved kiwi skins.
