You will need:
spatula
airtight container
Ingredients
- mustard powder - 120g
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 60g, cold
- apple cider vinegar - 20g
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp, cracked, black
Method
- Add the mustard powder (120g), sugar (1 Tbsp), cold water (60g), apple cider vinegar (20g), salt (1/2 tsp) and cracked black pepper (1 tsp) to the bowl. Mix Speed 5 / 6 seconds. Scrape down sides. Add more water or re-blend if necessary.
- Allow the mustard to sit in an airtight container for several hours before serving. Store in the fridge for up to a month.
