Healthy Hot Chocolate
Thick and delicious despite being dairy free, this hot chocolate will be a new favourite for this winter. You can easily add or reduce sweetness as you see fit. We have started with two medjool dates, which will lead to a yummy dark-tasting hot chocolate.

Cannot be frozen
- milk of choice - 400g
- dates - 2, medjool, pitted
- cashew nuts - 40g
- cacao powder - 1.5 Tbsp
- vanilla bean powder - 1/2 tsp, or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Add the milk (400g), dates (2), cashews (40g), cacao (1.5 Tbsp) and vanilla powder (1/2 tsp) to the bowl. Program 5 minutes / 80C / Speed 2.
- Blitz 1 minute / Speed 10, measuring cap on.
