Grated Cheese with Herbs
This is a great cheese to make with aging herbs to store in the freezer for pizzas or breads.
No: Gluten / Egg / Nuts
Total Cooking Time 5 minutes
Makes approx. 2 cups
- cheddar cheese - 200g, or tasty cheese, cubed
- garlic clove - 1, peeled
- spring onions - 2, roughly chopped
- fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- fresh basil - 2 Tbsp
- Place cheese (200g), garlic (1), spring onions (2), parsley (2 Tbsp) and basil (2 Tbsp) to bowl. Speed 8 / 6-10 seconds. The longer you process this the finer it will be.
- Store in a container or freezer bag.
