Go-To Green Smoothie

Total Preparation Time 3 minutes
- Add orange (1), spinach (1 large handful) and ice cubes (5) to the bowl.
- Close the lid and position your measuring cap in place.
- Set the blades to Speed 9. After 10 seconds slowly pour in all the coconut water (250g) onto the lid, letting it drizzle past the measuring cap and into the bowl. Keep the blades running and the measuring cap in place.
- Once all of the coconut water has been added blend for a further 30 seconds (keep blades on Speed 9).
