- peanut butter - 1 heaped Tbsp, (or your choice of nut butter - macadamia and cashew makes it super creamy)
- milk of choice - 250g
- ice cubes - (optional)
- Add banana (1) to the bowl, nut butter (1 Tbsp) and milk (250g) to the bowl (with a handful of ice, if you wish).
- Blend Speed 9 / 45 seconds.
