Fruity Water
Sometimes you want something to drink that’s a little bit fancier than water, but you want to skip the soft drink, juices and alcohol. Well, this is your answer. Visually, it looks great due to the natural colours from the fruit. From a taste perspective, it is like sparkling water with a touch of fruitiness. Nothing overpowering or too sweet. The fruit blocks will last in your freezer over the summer months so don’t worry if you don’t use them all at once. If you have leftover fruit mixture you can also make ice blocks for hot summer days… the kids will love them too!
Recipe Tester Feedback: "These delicious, colourful fruity ice blocks are a fantastic way to brighten up an otherwise ordinary glass of water. They could also, I'm sure, contribute to your daily fruit and vegetable allowance, convenient and tasty!" - Claire
