This French Dressing is the perfect addition to salad and is very easy to prepare from home.
No: Gluten / Dairy / Egg / Nuts
Total Cooking Time 10 minutes
Makes approx. 1/2 cup
Cannot be frozen
- garlic cloves - 2, small, peeled
- mustard - 1 tsp, Dijon
- white wine vinegar - 90g
- olive oil - 160g
- dried parsley - 1 Tbsp
- salt - pinch
- Place garlic cloves (2) into the bowl. Speed 7 / 5 seconds. Scrape down.
- Add mustard (1 tsp), vinegar (90g), olive oil (160g), parsley (1 Tbsp) and a pinch of salt. Speed 8 / 15 seconds until combined.
- Pour into a bottle. Use within 5 days.
