Makes enough icing for 1 cake
- cream - 300ml, thickened
- icing sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla bean paste - 1 tsp
- cocoa powder - 30g, optional
- Insert whisk attachment. Place thickened cream (300ml), icing sugar (2 Tbsp), vanilla (1 tsp) and cocoa (30g) to bowl. Mix Speed 4 / 20-30 seconds.
- Spread over your cooled cake, cupcakes or loaves. Top with sprinkles or toasted coconut if desired.
