Creamy Mango Ice Creams
These mango ice creams, shared with us by Alyce Alexandra, are going to be the hit of summer. They are so easy to make and are loved by both children and adults alike. Using condensed milk means that these ice creams remain soft and creamy straight out of the freezer. You can use iceblock moulds or dariole moulds with a stick, as pictured.
Recipe Tester Feedback: "Really easy to make and great creamy ice creams, enjoyed by the whole family. A great way to use up mangoes that are getting too ripe." - Karen
