Creamy Coconut Mango Sorbet
Two ingredients are all you need to enjoy this scrumptious and creamy dessert over the warm summer months. Two! You can certainly tweak this recipe to add other flavours. We think swapping some of the frozen mango with frozen banana works exceptionally well. YUM!

Can be frozen
- Place frozen mango chunks (600g) into bowl. Blend Speed 10 / 8 seconds. Scrape down sides.
- Repeat Speed 10 / 8 seconds. Scrape down sides.
- Add the chilled coconut cream (165g) to the bowl. Mix on Speed 8 until the mixture comes together.
- Insert the whisk attachment. Mix Speed 4 / 10 seconds.
