Cream Cheese Frosting
No: Gluten / Egg / Nuts
Makes enough icing for 1 cake
- cream cheese - 125g, cubed and softened
- butter - 30g, cubed and softened
- vanilla bean paste - 1 tsp
- icing sugar - 200g
- Place cream cheese (125g), butter (30g) and vanilla (1 tsp) into bowl. Speed 5 / 45 seconds.
- Add icing sugar (200g). Speed 7 until combined and smooth.
- Spread over cooled cake.
