
Coco-Choc Smoothie
Now this has got to be a favourite. Chocolatey coconut goodness, all in a deliciously cold smoothie. This makes for the perfect afternoon snack or after dinner sweet treat.

Ingredients
- coconut milk - 500g
- ice cubes - 100g
- desiccated coconut - 30g
- cacao powder - 30g
- maple syrup - 40g
- vanilla - 1 tsp, extract
Method
- Place the coconut milk (500g), ice (100g), coconut (30g), cacao (30g), maple syrup (40g) and vanilla (1 tsp) into the bowl. Program 1 minute / Speed 10.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
