This sauce is delicious drizzled over the Chocolate Almond Cake (... and in fact, it's delicious drizzled over anything...) It is a handy sauce to have in the fridge to serve over pancakes, ice cream or to dip fruit into. - Place cream (300ml) into bowl. Program 5 minutes / 80C / Speed 2.
- Add chocolate (300g) and cinnamon (1-2 tsp). Program 3 minutes / 80C / Speed 2 until smooth and glossy.
- Sauce will keep for 5-7 days in the fridge in an airtight container or jar.
