Chocolate Glaze
No: Gluten / Dairy / Egg / Nuts
Makes enough icing for 1 cake
Ingredients
- icing sugar - 300g
- cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla bean paste - 1/2 tsp
- water - 3 Tbsp, you may need more however
Method
- Place icing sugar (300g), cocoa powder (2 Tbsp), vanilla (1/2 tsp) and water (1.5 Tbsp only) into the bowl. Mix on Speed 5 until a thin icing starts to form.
- Add the remaining water (1.5 Tbsp) to the bowl. Mix on Speed 4 until combined.
- Drizzle icing over your cooled cake or donuts.
