Chilli, Lime & Coriander Butter

Ingredients
- chilli - 1, mild, red, deseeded
- lime - 1, zest only
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- fresh coriander - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2, Plain
Method
- Place red chilli (1), lime zest (from 1 lime), salt (1/2 tsp) and coriander (2 Tbsp) into bowl. Speed 7 / 5 seconds. Scrape down sides.
- Add butter (1/2). Speed 5 / 5 seconds until combined.
- Roll into a small log and wrap in clingfilm.
- Store in the fridge to firm.
