A spice blend with a kick! You can increase the chilli to suit your tastes if you like things really spicy. We have enjoyed this on chicken and fish by adding liberally before grilling. It's also delicious when added to butter and served over fresh grilled corn.

You will need:
- garlic powder - 2 Tbsp
- dried onion flakes - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 2 Tbsp, sweet
- dried oregano - 1.5 Tbsp
- dried thyme - 1.5 Tbsp
- chilli flakes - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp, rock
- peppercorns - 1 tsp, black
- Add the garlic powder (2 Tbsp), dried onion flakes (1 Tbsp), sweet paprika (2 Tbsp), dried oregano (1.5 Tbsp), dried thyme (1.5 Tbsp), chilli flakes (2 tsp), rock salt (1 Tbsp) and whole black peppercorns (1 tsp) to the bowl. Program 1 minute / Speed 10.
- Place into an airtight jar and store for up to 6 months.
Note: Do not freeze this spice blend if it will be used regularly, as the continuous opening of the container can lead to loss of flavour, freezer burn and condensation buildup. Freeze until needed, then store in an airtight jar to use regularly if desired.
