Broccolini with Oyster Sauce
A very simple side that works well with the Chicken, Prosciutto, Pistachio & Leek Terrine.
No: Gluten / Dairy / Egg
*Variations: Can be made without Nuts

Cooking Time 10 minutes
Serves 4 as a side
Can be frozen
- water - 500g, hot
- broccolini - 2 bunches
- oyster sauce - 3 Tbsp, gluten free
- cashew nuts - 2 Tbsp, roasted unsalted, slightly chopped (*can omit for NF)
- Place hot water (500g) into bowl.
- Rinse broccolini (2) and place into steaming attachment lower dish.
- Drizzle oyster sauce (3 Tbsp) over the broccolini. Program 10 minutes / Steaming Temperature / Speed 2. Checked they are cooked to your liking. Do not overcook.
- Serve sprinkled with cashews (2 Tbsp) on top.
