Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
A scrumptious and refreshing way to start the morning is with our blueberry smoothie bowl. Smoothie bowls make for a great change to traditional smoothies and allow you to spice them up a little by adding toppings you like such as fresh fruit, cacao nibs and coconut.

Ingredients
- blueberries - 200g, frozen
- mango - 200g, chunks, frozen
- yoghurt - 100g, Greek
- milk - 80g, of choice
- Topping suggestions:
- blueberries - fresh
- raspberries - fresh
- coconut - shaved
- chia seeds
- cacao nibs
Method
- Add the blueberries (200g), mango (200g), yoghurt (100g) and milk (80g) to the bowl. Mix Speed 9 / 20 seconds. Scrape down sides.
- If you haven't achieved a smooth consistency after 20 seconds, repeat Speed 9 / 20 seconds.
- Spoon into bowls.
- Add toppings of choice.
- Serve.
