
Banana Raspberry Ice Cream
SO simple, and yet so delicious. Blend up these two types of fruit and the next thing you know you have pink ice cream at the ready, but without any nasties.

Ingredients
- banana - 400g, chopped and frozen (approx. 2 large)
- raspberries - 200g, frozen, plus extra for serving
- honey - 40g, optional
Method
- Place banana (400g), raspberries (200g) and honey (40g) into bowl. Program 1 minutes / Speed 8 until a smooth ice cream forms. You may need your spatula to assist the motion while the ingredients are mixing.
- Spoon into four small bowls, top with extra raspberries, and serve immediately.
