Banana Oat Pancakes

Just 3 easy ingredients make these little beauties super lunchbox friendly and the bonus is that they also TASTE amazing. You may wish to dip yours in maple or rice malt syrup, but they are actually sweet enough on their own.

- Place oats (100g) into bowl. Mix Speed 10 / 20 seconds.
- Add eggs (4) and bananas (2) to the bowl. Mix Speed 6 / 30 seconds.
- Add a large dessertspoonful to a hot, lightly oiled, frying pan and fry for approx. 30 seconds on each side or until they are golden brown.
