You may wish to dip yours in maple or rice malt syrup, but they are actually sweet enough on their own.

Method
- Place oats (100g) into bowl. Mix Speed 10 / 20 seconds.
- Add eggs (4) and bananas (2) to the bowl. Mix Speed 6 / 30 seconds.
- Add a large dessertspoonful to a hot, lightly oiled, frying pan and fry for approx. 30 seconds on each side or until they are golden brown.
