We always have a big quantity of home made baking powder at the ready. It’s so easy, it’s gluten free and it’s cheaper. Use one teaspoon of this per one cup of plain flour to create self-raising flour. We haven’t needed to buy that in years!

- Add bicarb soda (90g), cream of tartar (125g) and tapioca starch (90g) to the bowl. Mix Speed 4 / 4 seconds.
