Apple Lime Cordial
This delicious cordial can be made with a handful of ingredients in no time at all. It is so refreshing on a hot summer's day. For a yummy summertime afternoon treat, make up the cordial and freeze in ice block moulds. Delicious!

Can be frozen
- Add the apple juice (600g), lime juice (50g) and sugar (100g) to the bowl. Program 20 minutes / 100C / Speed 1. Place the internal steaming basket on top to prevent spatters.
- Allow cordial to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
To make up cordial:
- Use 1 part cordial to 2 parts water or sparkling mineral water. Adjust accordingly to suit your tastes.
Note: You may wish to use a store-bought apple juice for a time and budget friendly option. Be sure to use freshly squeezed juice that contains no other sugars or ingredients.
