- almonds - 120g, whole
- cranberries - 80g, dried
- dates - 80g, Medjool, pitted
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp, extract
- water - splash
- Place the almonds (120g), cranberries (80g), dates (80g), vanilla (1/2 tsp) and water (splash) in the bowl. Blitz Speed 10 / 25 seconds. Transfer into a mixing bowl.
- Form into 12 balls and place in a container. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to two months.
