10 Second Raspberry Ice Cream
If you have an abundance of berries, freeze them! Then use this recipe, shared with us by Sophia Handschuh from Thermomix Baking Blogger, to have delicious homemade ice cream in less than 10 seconds. Top it with something special like honeycomb, and it will transform into an expensive restaurant dessert for very little money and time.

Total Preparation Time 2 minutes
Can be frozen
- If you need to make your own caster sugar, add sugar (75g) and grind Speed 9 / 3 seconds.
- To the caster sugar (75g), add the raspberries (500g) and cream (250g) in the bowl. Blend Speed 10 / 6 seconds. Scrape down sides.
- Repeat Speed 10 / 4 seconds until smooth. Scrape down sides. If it is still too hard, add more cream. If it appears too soft, add more frozen fruit.
- Serve as is, or top with honeycomb as Sophia has done here for a really special treat!
